Training rooms and laboratories - air-conditioned, large and spacious. Workstations for trainees have been specially equipped. Each participant of the training has an individual workstation for learning and solving industrial tasks based on the use of the Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 controller, operator panels and TIA Portal software.

Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 CONTROLLERS with input/output cards:

Each training participant has at their disposal an individual training station designed to learn industrial tasks and solutions based on the use of the Siemens S7-1200 controller. The training station consists of a controller equipped with digital and analog input/output modules, connected to a simulator of digital and analog input and output signals. SIEMENS S7-1200 controller:

• working memory 75KB
• 14 digital inputs (6 can work as high-speed counters)
• 10 digital outputs (4 fast, 100kHz)
• 2 analog inputs
• integrated ETHERNET - PROFINET
• each controller has an attached SB1232 module - containing analog outputs with a resolution of 12 bits

Additionally, the controller is equipped with a setting unit containing:

• 8 buttons for input signals
• potentiometer adjusting the voltage range of the analog input
• analog input voltage value display
• analog output voltage value display

SIMATIC KTP700/600 BASIC COLOR PN operator panel:

Each participant of the training has at his or her disposal an individual training station designed to learn industrial tasks and solutions, based on the use of the SIMATIC KTP700/600 BASIC COLOR PN operator panel, integrated with the Siemens S7-1200 controller. SIMATIC HMI TP1500 COMFORT operator panel, Touch Panel with PROFINET and MPI/PROFIBUS DP INTERFACE: Each participant of the training has at his or her disposal an individual training station designed to learn industrial tasks and solutions based on the use of the SIMATIC HMI TP1500 COMFORT operator panel with PROFINET and MPI/PROFIBUS DP INTERFACE.

SIEMENS TIA Portal V17 is the next version of the integrated design environment that supports solving engineering tasks by including all necessary software packages in one place:

• STEP7 for PLC programming,
• WinCC for creating visualizations for HMI operator panels and SCADA systems,
• STEP7 Safety for preparing a safety program,
• Startdrive for operating SINAMICS series drive units,
• And many others, such as SiVArc or TestSuite.

  The latest version of the software means further improvements to work in the environment, expansion of design and diagnostic tools, a package of new system functions, as well as changes in technological facilities. One of the biggest novelties are the new PLC programming languages. To the already known group:  

• Ladder Diagram (LAD)
• Function Block Diagram (FBD)
• Programming Sequence Control (GRAPH)
• Structured Control Language (SCL)
• Statement List (STL)

Two more languages join:

• Cause Effect Matrix (CEM)
• Continuous Function Chart (CFC)

It is worth noting that the new CFC language is available only for SIMATIC S7-1500 controllers (as in the case of STL and GRAPH languages).

Each participant of our training receives an ORIGINAL training manual adapted to the level of a given training: WinCC HMI Panels in the TIA Portal. The materials are used during the training and constitute a compendium of knowledge to be used in later professional work.

In addition to the substantive aspect, the comfort of our training participants is very important to us. We provide students with a climatic cafe and restaurant space, which is a place for refreshments and relaxation during breaks. We invite you to use the coffee bar and the modern massage chair!

During each training day, participants receive:

  • THERMOPLAN BW 4 - a professional espresso machine made in Switzerland.
  These are coffee machines used in the best coffee shops. According to your taste, we serve unique types of coffee - Cappuccino, Espresso, Americano, Caffe Latte and Turkish coffee. Training participants can also use unlimited sparkling and still water, juices and sweets.
