- Defining the project - defining the main goal and sub-goals, project milestones, scope, time and budget limitations
- Stakeholder analysis - who is it, why and how to include it in the project
- Communication plan - who and what (and why) should know what is going on in the project?
- Work breakdown structure in the project - describing the scope of work in the project
- Project schedule and critical path - task deadline planning - time estimation and setting the order of work completion, project milestones chart
- Project resources and budget - who or what we need to implement the project, what to do with overloaded resources, structure and cost curve in the project
- Project risk management - what and why is project risk, how can project risk be controlled?
