The Administrator of your personal data is EMT-Systems Sp. z o.o. (further referred to as We). Our seat is located in Gliwice, 18C Konarskiego street. We will process your data in order to provide training services and for marketing purposes.
By marketing purposes we understand presenting to you the range of training services available in our center. The ground for processing of your personal data is our obligation to provide training services and so called legitimate interest that we have in promoting our offer. We will automatically process your personal data – for instance by profiling it. An example of profiling is finding out which courses you might be interested in. This will make our communication better match your needs.
Your data is stored and processed for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent or object to our actions, but not longer than 5 years after your last activity in our campaigns and marketing events both online and offline. Your activity means any action that may suggest you are interested in our services or marketing campaigns, such as participation in a course, workshop, customer satisfaction survey, opening a newsletter, entering the website emt-systems.pl or engagement in our social media channel. After this time, your personal data will be removed or anonymised.
You have the right to:
- withdraw your consent, at any moment, in an e-mail sent to info@emt-systems.pl or personally in our office,
- access your data,
- transfer, rectification, removal or restriction of processing of your data,
- lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your rights have been violated,
- raise an objection to processing of your data for marketing purposes; your objection may be sent to us via e-mail sent to info@emt-systems.pl or in a traditional letter sent to our official address.
