EMT-SYSTEMS is listed on the register of training institutions in the Voivodeship Labour Office in Katowice. The unemployed can apply for the reimbursement of training costs. Please contact your local District Labour Office.
Course types
Open courses
Open courses are a way of improving qualifications in a given field for employees of different companies. They are addressed to everyone interested in particular subject areas. Course programs comprise the latest solutions and trends in a given field. A clear advantage of this form of training is the opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge transfer between the participants.
Training sessions are cyclical, current terms dates and other relevant information is given 6 months in advance.
Closed courses
Trainings designed for a specific company, exclusively for its employees, taking into account the nature and specification of the company. Thematically, they may coincide with one of our open trainings but can also include a compilation or a specific approach to the subject.
Our company organizes trainings according to the individual needs and requirements of the Client. Date and venue are always discussed with the Client.
Contrary to popular opinion, closed course can be cheaper for the company than sending employees to the open course. Closed courses are more effective, because prior to the course the tutor discusses the subject areas and specific job-related skills the participants are to acquire during the training sessions.
Course programs can be arranged as:
- Modification of one of the trainings available in the standard offer
- Compilation of a few trainings available in the standard offer
- A new training based on the individual needs of the Client
