Course program

Safety of work with a robot - safe work procedures during programming and automatic work
General construction of the robot (mechanical - manipulators, electric - control systems)
Operator panel (KCP). Construction and functions. Options available in the operator level menu
Archiving of programs
Moving the manipulator with the use of direction buttons and the 6D mouse (coordinate systems, movements of the manipulator axes in the manual mode, program execution)
Determination of coordinate systems (tools and bases)
Robot mastering with MEMD and UHR
Programming the robot's work path - PTP, LIN and CIRC movements
Manual and software control of digital signals (OUT, PULSE)
Basic logic commands (WAITFOR, IF, FOR)
Parameterization of the move instruction
Program execution in manual and automatic mode (AUTO)

Laboratory

During trainings in the programming and operation of KUKA robots we use professional author’s robot-assisted stations, composed of 5 robots and Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 or S7-1500 CONTROLLER with input/output cards.

Owing to its compact dimensions, the small, light (52 kg) robot can be used in many various applications. It can be mounted to the floor, wall or ceiling. Thanks to its slender construction, the KR 6 robot can work even in a very small space. The Safe Robot function facilitates an effective cooperation between man and machine. In manipulating tasks, in particular of Pick and Place type, it is characterized by high speed, which enables achieving very good results with minimum cycle times.

During each training day, participants receive:

Unlimited access to the Cechownia Cafe coffee bar, serving tea and high-quality freshly ground coffee. The bar is equipped with:
- NECTO Karisma - a professional espresso machine of Italian production.
- THERMOPLAN BW 4 - a professional espresso machine made in Switzerland.
These are coffee machines used in the best coffee shops. According to your taste, we serve unique types of coffee - Cappuccino, Espresso, Americano, Caffe Latte and Turkish coffee. Training participants can also use unlimited sparkling and still water, juices and sweets.

Two-course dinner - a combination of traditional, home-made flavors with meals served in restaurants.

Until 4:00 PM in the cafe on the first floor you can also buy fresh sandwiches, cakes, sweet and salty snacks and cold drinks. After training - from 4:00 PM - we invite you to try the delicious dishes of the Cechownia Restaurant, prepared by the best chefs in Gliwice.
