Course aim
After completing the training, the participant:- Can perform a complete configuration, and also knows and understands the various parameters of the S7-1500 PLC controller, such as maximum cycle time, CPU start-up mode or maximum network load
- Writes programs at the advanced level using: FC / FB blocks parameterization, DB data blocks as well as tables and data templates PLC Data Types
- Supports and configures analog modules and interrupt blocks - OB10, OB30, OB40, OB100
- Uses TIA Portal environment built-in tools for diagnostics as well as for locating software problems
- Learn the basics of programming in the GRAPH sequential language
- Learns how to create visualizations of WinCC Unified in the form of a web application stored on a PLC

Laboratory
Our laboratories are equipped with modern machines and devices used in the industry and supplied by the renowned manufacturers.
The following devices are available during the TIA1500-2 training: Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500 controller, with a programming device containing:
- 8 buttons that set input signals
- potentiometer regulating the voltage range of the analog input
- displays voltage values of input and analog output
- air preparation system
- a valve terminal with 2 electropneumatic valves
- two double-acting pneumatic cylinders
- reed sensors informing about the position of the limit cylinders
- proportional controller
- stepper motor and encoder
- PT100 temperature sensor with a 0-10V transducer
