Course aims:
- Information on legal regulations (EU and Polish law) regulating the principles of operation of machines and technical devices
- The structure of the system ensuring the achievement of the legally required level of operational safety of machines and technical devices
- Requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and related directives relating to manufacturers and constructors of machines and technical devices (including producers of machines and devices manufactured for their own needs)
- Requirements of Directives 89/391/EEC and 2009/104/EC ensuring the required, optimal level of risk related to the operation of machines and technical devices
- Requirements of national legal regulations ensuring the safe operation of technical devices and health protection of employees operating technical devices
- Mastering the procedures for bringing machines and technical devices to the minimum, general and industry requirements ensuring operational safety
