Introduction - process quality indicators in TPM (definition, selection, presentation of results and importance in improving waste elimination)
- OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)
- MTTR (Mean Time To Repair)
- MTTF (Mean Time To Failure)
- KPI (Key Performance Indicator): definitions of effectiveness, efficiency, quality
- OCE (Overall Craft Effectiveness) as one of the basic TPM tools for the smooth functioning of WCM - World Class Manufacturing
- Methodology for calculating the OCE indicator. OCE, SUR/DUR rating
- Information sharing system - OCE reporting
- Visualization and use of OCE as a basic Teamwork tool at the production level
- The role of OCE in the functioning of Focus Improvement production practice
Flow-chart - process diagram (necessary information to build indicators)

Day 2

Workshop part - designing a vision of current and future state indicators in the company and in the Maintenance department
Long-term and short-term plan for improving and implementing solutions
Development of the current maintenance mission / policy based on external and internal customers
Planning a timely vision, i.e. where the company wants to be and what it wants to do in the future, including key development indicators, according to the listed steps
- Establishing an overall vision and policy for all Maintenance in view of the company's objectives
- Transferring the developed policy to lower levels of management in order to familiarize themselves with it and develop their own opinion
- Translating the general company policy into Maintenance
- Determination by Maintenance of goals and tasks to be performed. Development of individual activities and methods (measurements) for evaluating the implementation of these activities
Determining and choosing a detailed strategy and tactics, reaching a vision (including deadlines and action leaders)

Two-course dinner - a combination of traditional, home-made flavors with meals served in restaurants.

Until 4:00 PM in the cafe on the first floor you can also buy fresh sandwiches, cakes, sweet and salty snacks and cold drinks. After training - from 4:00 PM - we invite you to try the delicious dishes of the Cechownia Restaurant, prepared by the best chefs in Gliwice.
