EMT-Systems is a company that originated from Silesia, but it is nationally recognized and operates throughout the entire country. As a member of the Silesian Office of the Business Centre Club we will have the opportunity to actively participate in the process of shaping Polish economy and share our experience with the beginning entrepreneurs.

On June 5th, 2013 EMT-Systems was accepted among members of the Polish Chamber of Training Companies. Since 2005 PCTC, as the biggest organization associating companies that provide training services, has aimed at the integration of the industry and its constant development and professionalization. The result of these actions is the Code of Good Practice. Aware of the responsibility it bears, we have declared our acceptance and introduction of rules included in the Code.

EMT-Systems has been accepted among members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice and given membership number 1742.

Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice was established in 1990 and is an organization of economic self-government which associates business entities.

Principal aims and tasks of the Chamber is representing economic interests of entrepreneurs associated in the Chamber and assistance in solving economic, organizational and legal problems in running their business activities. Besides its principal tasks, it also pursues promotional activities for the benefit of its members, represents interests of entrepreneurs, employers and undertakes the activities aiming to activate the Chamber’s members and maximize the potential of their enterprises.

The seat of the Engineering Training Center is the Science and Technology Park at the Silesian University of Technology. Professional infrastructure allows to conduct high quality trainings.

Szef Utrzymania Ruchu [Maintenance Manager] is a magazine that was created to support junior and senior maintenance managers in their everyday work.

The Engineering Training Center EMT-Systems is the authorized training partner for the producer of PLM solutions – Siemens PLM Software. The contract signed between the institutions enables us to run certified courses. Constant supervision of our courses by Siemens guarantees gaining firsthand knowledge, highest quality and access to the latest software and course materials. Our licensed tutors take part in creating the course documentation for the Siemens PLM Software products and work with our clients helping to implement the products. As the authorized partner of Siemens PLM Software, we organize NX, Solid Edge, Teamcenter, and Tecnomatix trainings.

At the beginning of 2016, our Training Center was granted the title of Siemens CNC Training Partner. Following the contract signed, we became the authorized training partner of Siemens Polska – Digital Factory Motion Control division.
Certification process entailed training our employees and granting them the title of Siemens CNC Trainer.

Our partnership with Siemens allows organizing trainings in the following areas: DIN/ISO Sinumeric programming, ShopMil operation and programming, ShopTurn operation and programming.

The Engineering Training Center EMT-Systems Sp. z o.o. [Ltd.] is the authorized training partner for MITSUBISHI Electric Europe B.V.

The contracts signed between the institutions enabled us to gain competence to run trainings for clients interested in MITSUBISHI products of industrial automation. We offer two types of trainings:

• Open trainings – carried out in our Center, dates are set a year in advance.
• Closed trainings – for organized groups and tailored to client’s individual needs.

Our cooperation with IFM is based on using the company’s equipment during the courses in Industrial Automation, Sensor Technology, ASI industrial networks and Pneumatics. It allows the participants to work with up-to-date industrial equipment.

TURCK Industrial Automation is a supplier of the equipment and elements of industrial automation. Our training positions are, among other things, equipped with the devices produced by TURCK Industrial Automation which allows the students to practice with real elements and systems applied in the industry.

Beckhoff is another company that joined the group of EMT-Systems partners. The Engineering Training Center EMT-Systems has been chosen as a training partner of SEW EURODRIVE – one of the European leaders in drive systems. Due to our partnership, we are able to offer you trainings in the operation and configuration of company’s products. SEW EURODRIVE drive systems are also used during our standard trainings in order to add variety to practical exercises and work with real industrial elements (PROFIBUS DP communication, power hydraulics).

The Engineering Training Courses is the representative of SOFTING AG, one of the leading manufacturers of advanced diagnostic devices and integration solutions for the industrial communication networks.

Laboratories of control systems are equipped with SOFTING AG products, which allow conducting comprehensive trainings for the maintenance services, automation engineers and IT specialists with regard to the continuous and incidental monitoring of industrial networks, taking measurements and analyzing recorded emergency situations. Unique features of the devices make the advanced diagnostic trainings available for the participants with different levels of experience.

The Engineering Training Center EMT-Systems signed the cooperation agreement with the Institute of Engineering Processes Automation and Integrated Manufacturing Systems at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology.

Institute of Engineering Processes Automation and Integrated Manufacturing Systems is the second largest organizational unit of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. The major areas of study include: engineering processes automation, computer-aided design, construction and manufacturing, methods and techniques of virtual reality, mechatronics, measurement and analysis of vibration of machines and devices, robotics, PLC, industrial networks, artificial intelligence, finite elements methods and production management.
