- Editing robot programs using the WorkVIsual application
- Creation and structure of programs in expert mode. SCR and DAT files
- Declaration and calling of subroutines
- Support for input and output signals
- Programming loops, logical conditions, controlling the program flow
- Advance programming – CONTINUE command
- Movement to the given coordinates
- Communication with the user via the robot's SmartPad panel
- System and user data (local and global)
- Creating data groups – CONFIGMON.INI
- Program shifts - offsetting points and program blocks
- FOLD structure
- Selected system files ($CONFIG.DAT, SPS.SUB, CELL.SRC)

During trainings in the programming and operation of KUKA robots we use professional author’s robot-assisted stations, composed of 5 robots and Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 or S7-1500 CONTROLLER with input/output cards.
