Developing emergency, critical plans (including energy), using FTA, Failure Tree Analysis
After completing the training, the participant is able to:
- Describe causes (also complex cause-and-effect relationships) using the Fault Tree, down to the level of root causes, (5Why)
- Describe functions (also complex functional dependencies of system elements) using the Function Tree
- Use FTA operators
- Use schematic representation of functional dependencies (functional structure of the system) using diagrams (flow of functions)
- Build the Fault Tree from the Feature Tree and vice versa
- Use logical and algebraic equations to determine the relationship between the probability of a defect and the probabilities of causes
- Estimate the reliability of simple systems based on the Tree of Functions or the Tree of Faults
Target group:
- Services, Maintenance, Infrastructure, OHS
- Constructors, designers
