Practical methods of manufacturing and evaluation of chemically hardened composite materials
Course aim:
After completing the training, the participant:- Has practical skills in selected techniques for the production of composite materials - infusion, RTM, spray-up, application of gel coats by spray and manual method and processing of fiber preimpregnates
- Has practical knowledge of the molds construction for the production of composites, the construction of individual machines and devices, as well as the basics of service of devices used in the processing of composites
- Has knowledge in the field of testing the strength parameters of resins and composite materials
- Has practical knowledge of the qualitative analysis of composites and resins - determination of the heat deflection temperature (HDT) and basic strength parameters

Ogólna wiedza techniczna. Ukończenie kursu KP1: Materiały kompozytowe chemo- i termoutwardzalne - wprowadzenie do tematyki chemii polimerów, właściwości kompozytów i metod ich wytwarzania lub wiedza z tego zakresu.
