After completion of the course the participant:

Parameterizes, starts, optimizes and diagnoses converters from the following families: Sinamics S120 in the multi-axis version and Sinamics V90 equipped with servo motors,
Can configure and diagnose the Profinet communication network in RT and IRT versions,
Can control drives in direct modes (without the use of technological axis), speed control and positioning,
Can read and change drive parameters using acyclic communication from the application level on the PLC controller,
Starts and diagnoses the basic safety functions integrated in the drive (STO, SS1),
Can configure the technological axes of S71200 / 1500 controllers and program Motion Control functions with the capabilities of the controller in the technological version (1500T),
Launches motion control functions based on technological axes - speed control, position control, torque limit, synchronization of direct and curve axes, support for incremental and absolute encoders, fast I / O useful during the implementation of motion issues,
Can build an advanced program for controlling a single axis and a program for synchronizing the drive axes through a master PLC controller (linear and non-linear couplings, 3D / 4D kinematic systems, virtual axes),
Performs diagnostics of all components included in the Motion Control system (PLC / Technology axis / Communication network / Drive).

Day 1	Discussion of issues related to Motion Control based on Siemens equipment: Sinamics S120 / G120 / V drive systems Motion PLCs - S7300T, Simotion, S71500T, Drive Controller technological I / O cards, various types of ecoder couplings Configuration of the PLC, Profinet communication network in RT mode Drive configuration - Sinamics S120 (multi-axis unit CU320-2 PN) and Sinamics V90-PN Configuration of other Profinet peripherals Direct control of the drive in speed control mode - own FB block using Standard Telegram 1, telegram overview
Day 2	Direct control of the drive in the speed control mode - a block from the Siemens SINA_SPEED drive library Overview of safety functions integrated in drives and configuration of basic STO and SS1 modes Direct control of the drive in the positioning mode (Basic Positioner) - own program that performs control using the Siemens Telegram 111, discussion of the telegram Direct drive control in positioning mode - block from Siemens SINA_POS drive library Read and write drive parameters through acyclic communication using a block from the Siemens drive library SINA_PARA_S

Day 5	Kinematic systems (2/3/4D) - movement to a position defined in the coordinate system, Pick & Place solutions. Implementation of a program to operate an exemplary machine using the known Motion functions for motion with speed control, motion to position, direct synchronization, synchronization according to a geometric cam using 3 physical drive axes (2 axes - Sinamics S120, 1 axis - Sinamics V90).
