Modeling in NX - Level 2
Course aim:
After completing the training, the participant:
- Is able to apply advanced modeling techniques with design intent in mind, including modeling of complex parts and the use of surfaces.
- Knows the principles of building and managing assemblies, using techniques such as top-down modeling and creating links between components (WAVE geometry linker).
- Independently models molded parts, complex geometry, and introduces expressions to define parameters.
- Creates and modifies technical drawings that are associative to 3D models, ensuring their up-to-dateness during design changes.
- Creates robust parametric models using various methods of working with geometry and knows how to link and synchronize elements within assemblies.
- Is able to apply in-context modeling methods, enabling the creation of links between parts within an assembly, which allows for precise matching of elements.
- Uses advanced editing functions and optimizes work with models.
- Independently modifies models without parameter history, creates reusable components, and edits associative drawings.
After completing the training, participants will receive certificates confirming their skills and knowledge approved by Siemens PLM.
