During open courses organized at EMT-Systems Laboratory, we use our own training rooms. Participants have at their disposal the following equipment:

BOY 35E Injection molding machine

The BOY 35E is based on a well proven design. Since 1968, more than 25,000 machines of this series have been delivered. Significant innovation is the increase to 27.5 tons clamping force and the possibility of a differential injection, which provides increased injection speeds. Travel speeds and improved dynamics could be achieved through further optimizations.

The BOY 35 E is a four-tie bar hydraulic, with energy efficient servo drive, reciprocating screw injection moulding machine and a two-platen clamping unit. The torsionally rigid clamping system and the efficiency of the injection unit make this machine particularly suitable for producing close tolerance, high precision components. Five different-sized injection units allow individual adaption of the machine performance, according to the required application. Technical data:

In addition to the substantive aspect, the comfort of our training participants is very important to us. We provide students with a climatic cafe and restaurant space, which is a place for refreshments and relaxation during breaks. We invite you to use the coffee bar and the modern massage chair!

During each training day, participants receive:

Unlimited access to the Cechownia Cafe coffee bar, serving tea and high-quality freshly ground coffee. The bar is equipped with:
- NECTO Karisma - a professional espresso machine of Italian production.
- THERMOPLAN BW 4 - a professional espresso machine made in Switzerland.
These are coffee machines used in the best coffee shops. According to your taste, we serve unique types of coffee - Cappuccino, Espresso, Americano, Caffe Latte and Turkish coffee. Training participants can also use unlimited sparkling and still water, juices and sweets.

Two-course dinner - a combination of traditional, home-made flavors with meals served in restaurants.

Until 4:00 PM in the cafe on the first floor you can also buy fresh sandwiches, cakes, sweet and salty snacks and cold drinks. After training - from 4:00 PM - we invite you to try the delicious dishes of the Cechownia Restaurant, prepared by the best chefs in Gliwice.
