Course aim:
After completing the training, the participant:- Knows the construction and principles of hydroaccumulators operation used in hydraulic drive
- Knows examples of functions that accumulators can perform in hydraulic systems
- Can determine the role of the accumulator used in a given hydraulic system
- Knows the basic hydraulic parameters of accumulators - nominal volume V0 useful volume ΔV gas pre-pressure P0
- Knows the principles of selecting the value of the initial gas pressure P0, taking into account the operating temperature of the accumulator
- Knows when and how to control accumulator gas pre-pressure
- Knows the principles of safe operation of devices equipped with hydroaccumulators
- Knows the safety elements used on the gas and hydraulic side of accumulators
- Knows the legal aspects related to the operation of hydroaccumulators according to current regulations on the conditions of technical supervision of high-pressure tanks
