Digital transformation management - module 1
Course aim:
After completing the training, participants will be able to effectively plan, implement and monitor digital transformation processes in their organization and lead teams responsible for the implementation of such projects. In addition, they will acquire competences and skills:- Full understanding of the role and importance of digital transformation for modern organizations and the ability to use this knowledge in business practice.
- Ability to analyze and assess the needs of the organization in the context of digital transformation and to plan strategic goals and directions of development.
- Ability to effectively manage teams and projects related to digital transformation, including the ability to communicate, motivate and engage employees.
- Proficiency in the use of modern tools and technologies supporting digital transformation, which will allow participants to make informed decisions regarding technological implementations.
- Efficient change management, the ability to deal with resistance to change and the ability to support the adaptation of employees in the process of digital transformation.

- Managers and department heads who are responsible for implementing digital transformation or participate in digital transformation projects in their organization.
