Course aim:
After completing the training, the participant:- Is able to select engineering materials in terms of tool design (i.e. injection and pressure molds, stamping and cutting dies, forging dies and cutting tools)
- Uses technological operations in the field of heat, thermochemical and surface treatment dedicated to tool design
- Models technological surface layers TSL that increase the service life of tools in industrial applications related to plastics processing, pressure casting, die forging, stamping and machining
Target group:
- The training is intended for people who want to acquire or deepen their knowledge of tool design (injection molds, pressure molds, cutting dies, press tools, die forging, machining) in terms of selecting engineering materials used in heat, thermochemical and surface treatment technology, as well as modeling technological surface layers TSL in a practical approach
