Linear techniques – construction, operation, selection

Course aim:
After completing the training, the participant:- Knows the construction basics of linear guides and ball screws
- Identifies different types of linear guides (arc, combined, ceramic, high-temperature, special)
- Has knowledge of determining the parameters of linear guides and uses them when selecting
- Is able to select seals for guides and knows how to apply them
- Knows the basic principles of designing and selecting guides and ball screws
- Is able to determine the method of mounting, lubrication, and integration of guides and ball screws
- Diagnoses the condition of guides and ball screws in terms of improving the reliability of machines and devices
- Independently analyzes damage to the devices in question and knows how to identify and eliminate malfunctions causing downtime and failures
