Introduction to training
FMEA – history and goals
Introduction to risk analysis and the essence of FMEA
Discussing the benefits of implementing FMEA in the organization
Division and types of FMEA (M-FMEA, L-FMEA, D-FMEA, P-FMEA, etc.)
An introductory discussion of the relationship between DFMEA and PFMEA
Preparation for DFMEA analysis, necessary resources, role of the team
Product FMEA (DFMEA)
- the essence of product FMEA
- individual stages of analysis
- discussion of sample analyses
Preparation of input data for DFMEA - information on tests, non-conformities, complaint register, product and process specifications
Linkage matrix

Selection of risk factors according to AIAG guidelines (FMEA 4th Edition and FMEA 5th Edition):

- O (Occurrence)
- D (Detection)
- S (Severity)

Quantitative analysis of defects

- estimation of risk factors
- determining the criticality of defects
- determining RPN, SOD and other coefficients
Determining action priorities according to risk analysis - level of risk, risk matrix
Improvement/corrective actions - plan, implementation, supervision of activities and updating of FMEA documents - good practices
Development of FMEA according to the guidelines of the 5th FMEA VDA&AIAG manual in the automotive industry

- THERMOPLAN BW 4 - a professional espresso machine made in Switzerland.
These are coffee machines used in the best coffee shops. According to your taste, we serve unique types of coffee - Cappuccino, Espresso, Americano, Caffe Latte and Turkish coffee. Training participants can also use unlimited sparkling and still water, juices and sweets.

Two-course dinner - a combination of traditional, home-made flavors with meals served in restaurants.

Until 4:00 PM in the cafe on the first floor you can also buy fresh sandwiches, cakes, sweet and salty snacks and cold drinks. After training - from 4:00 PM - we invite you to try the delicious dishes of the Cechownia Restaurant, prepared by the best chefs in Gliwice.
