After completing the training, the participant:

Knows and understands the concept of two-component injection, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of this technique
Knows the most common two-component injection technologies
Knows the conditions for building multi-component injection molds
Knows the basic types of thermoplastic elastomers and general properties of this materials group
Understands the differences and limitations in relation to classic thermoplastic injection

Target group:

Operators - setters, quality controllers, engineering and technical workers not directly related to production, technologists and people responsible for starting and setting up the process with at least little experience in the injection of thermoplastics.

BOY 35 E to czterokolumnowa, w pełni hydrauliczna, automatyczna wtryskarka z dwupłytowym systemem zamykania i wychylnym zespołem wtryskowym. Dzięki opcjonalnemu układowi uplastyczniającemu EconPlast zużycie energii wtryskarki BOY 35 E jest znacznie mniejsze. Dzięki dużej sztywności układu zamykania i wysokiej wydajności jednostki wtryskowej wtryskarka idealnie sprawdza się w produkcji precyzyjnych wyrobów z wąskim zakresem tolerancji. Pięć różnych jednostek wtryskowych ze ślimakami o średnicach od 14 do 32 mm gwarantuje precyzyjny wtrysk wyprasek o masie do 69,5 g (PS). Szeroka gama tworzyw termoplastycznych, elastomerów, silikonów i duroplastów, a także proszki metali i ceramiki (technologia PIM) mogą być z powodzeniem przetwarzane na BOY 35 E. Z jednostką wtryskową SP 45 można uzyskać dużo większe prędkości wtrysku. These are coffee machines used in the best coffee shops. According to your taste, we serve unique types of coffee - Cappuccino, Espresso, Americano, Caffe Latte and Turkish coffee. Training participants can also use unlimited sparkling and still water, juices and sweets.

Two-course dinner - a combination of traditional, home-made flavors with meals served in restaurants.

Until 4:00 PM in the cafe on the first floor you can also buy fresh sandwiches, cakes, sweet and salty snacks and cold drinks. After training - from 4:00 PM - we invite you to try the delicious dishes of the Cechownia Restaurant, prepared by the best chefs in Gliwice.
