Getting to know the operation of the Mitsubishi controller, organization of screens: Monitor, Settings, Edit, Diagnostics, Service
Controller operating modes, mode switching, special keyboard
Entering tool information, requirements, information management principles
File manager, file management rules and types
Editing mode, text editor properties, editing functions, principle of creating a program
Introduction to programming in ISO code
Cutting tools and parameters, toolboard and its relationship with function
Basic interpolation functions G1, G0, G2, G3
Tool nose compensation functions G40, G41, G42
G43 tool length correction function
Simulation – program testing mode, functionality, various forms of preview, process control
Working with 3 axes on the NC Trainer2 plus simulator
Turning on the machine, daily and periodic inspection
Tool measurement performed on the machine tool
Description of tools in the tool board
Machine control in manual mode
Setting the system programmed on the machine, precise setting using workshop methods
Work in automatic, continuous, block, MDI mode, using override knobs for safe execution of tasks
Development and testing of programs for surface planning and processing of elementary contours
Dimensional control, making corrections
Work with a machining center with Mitsubishi M830W control (4+1 axis) – TCP - G43.4
Programming elementary contours using Cartesian and polar coordinates in the absolute, incremental and mixed systems
Use of fixed cycles to carry out tasks related to machining of details
Programming drilling cycles
Programming of milling cycles for pockets/tenons/grooves
Generating multiple cycles in an array
Coordinate system manipulation: change/move/rotate/scale
Use of graphical machining simulation and implementation of the prepared program in the Mitsubishi M830W control

Laboratory

We provide trainees with a training laboratory equipped with computers and a 4-axis machining center controlled by Mitsubishi M830W. Each participant has access to the latest tool catalogs, measuring instruments, and cutting tools.
