iCount Oil Sampler Parker Hannifin
Functional description:
- The icount Oil Sampler (IOS) is an innovative portable solution to the challenge of measuring the quality of hydraulic oils and hydrocarbon fuels.
- The main element of the system is the advanced laser detector using the scanner chamber and ensuring continuous measurement of the fluid flowing through the cable.
- Intervals between measurements and testing period may be defined by the user.
- The results are immediately reported and updated in real time.

Basic parameters of the system
Basic parameters of the system:
- Start-up time: min. 10 seconds
- Measurement duration: Default value: 30 seconds - measurement, 15 seconds – data registration
- Time gap between data registration: Data record in the unit every second. Connection through RJ45 cable
- Operating principle: optical detection of particulates using laser diodes
- International codes (range): Up to ISO 22 (+/1 ISO) NAS 0-12
- Calibration: with online type methods, validated by proper procedures ISO MTD – using the certified basic particle detector ISO 11171 according to the rules ISO 11943. Reporting on the particle distribution according to ISO 4406:1999
- Working pressure range: 2,5–350 bar (35–5000psi). Pressures over 2,5 bar require the use of reduction valve (PRV) by Parker – ACC6NN027
- Working viscosity range: 1 to 300 cSt
- The range of flow rate through IOS: 40–140 ml/minute; controlled at the level of 60 ml/minute by the internal pump of the IOS system
